Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Leo King grew up enjoying ghost stories, psychological thrillers, and horror. This love of “all things dark” colored his views of the other genres, such as science fiction and fantasy, painting his word-laden landscape with shades of gray.
Leo doesn’t write for a distinct target audience. Instead, he writes what’s inside of him – be it dark and heavy, light and fluffy, with or without a creamy nougat center. His works always focus on characters who leave lasting impressions and building up stories to contain mind-bending reveals. The people Leo writes for are simply people who want to be entertained.
